Reinstalled COD MW3 a few days ago thinking it was still full of the run-and-gun players, but it was full of campers and hackers.

Uninstalled it yesterday.

When I used to play CS 1.6, I came across a clan server called BK Stackers. It turned out their stratagy was to spawn camp and stack 3 high crouching in a dark corner on de_dust. They tore it up as a human totem pole for a couple rounds until I started buying flashbangs.

That was also a favourite. We played on this map called poolday, which had bathroom stalls you could camp in (like I always did). One time we had one of us hold the door shut, while another acted as a perch for the third guy to sit on top of so he could snipe. Fun fact: when bullets came flying through the door, I was the only one who made it.

I remember that map, and hate it for that very reason. Then again, I hated many things from CS 1.6.

I always liked Day of Defeat better. Even the camping was improved!

Actually, I take great pleasure in killing campers in the most fantastic way possible. My favorite in BF4 was to place a claymore directly on top of the camper and then shoot around him. He’d reposition and explode.
